A day in my life

First thing in the morning, I wake up. I think this is a crucial step to my morning routine because it is the point where my day starts off. My alarm goes off at about 6:50am, I don't snooze so I just go out of bed directly to take on the day. I put on my clothes and then go to eat breakfast, mainly consisting of sandwiches, porridge and juice. After that I read a book for about 40 minutes before my lecturing starts. I have homeschooling for six to seven hours, with a total of one hour brakes which also includes lunch. My schedule varies from day to day, but the classes I got the most are maths, English, Swedish, science subjects and social studies. Those are basically the subjects that I will need the most in the future, as I will work within those subjects. Well except maybe English and Swedish, those are just the languages I will use when I perform my future job.

These are the shoes that I'm wearing throughout my day. They are really comfortable and support your feet very well, I have never felt pain while wearing them. The textile is also really good at breathing, my feet always stay at a pleasant temperature, so they don't get too cold or too hot.

Let's continue, after I've eaten my breakfast I go to the living room closest to the school area. There I read or do some other stuff, like maybe watch some television before I head off to the school area.
This is the door that I walk through every morning, it leads to the school part of our house. Behind this door are several classrooms, labs and other necessary needs for a school day. My teachers don't live that far away, they got their own smaller (than ours) houses just outside of our house. That way they will have their own place to live in and take care of, but also be really close to me.

Let's continue on to what I do after school hours. First of all I finish the homework for the week, I often do this at Mondays so unless it's a really long essay that I will have to work on for several days, not just one. But if I'm finished I have a free afternoon until I have to go to bed. During that time I have a lot of variety that I can do. Sometimes I just read a book for several hours, but that doesn't happen very often. I think the thing that I spend most time on is going out with my friends, I try to do that as often as possible since we always have such a great time together. Other times I sit by the computer (doing everything from reading up on stuff to programming a virus to shut down the FBI computer mainframe, not that I would ever release that virus), play chess with the Narrator, work out, play around in the lab or workshop and other immense alternatives of what to do. I honestly can't tell you everything, so you will just have to imagine what a rich spoiled super minded kid does on his spare time. If you can think of it, I have probably done it.

Since our house lies out in the wilderness, we have a really great view with almost no human interference (almost no houses and roades). I really love to just watch the landscape on sunny summer days and smell the fresh air.
I took this photo from the backside of my house this afternoon. Today was a bit foggy, so you don't see it so well, but on summer days it's really relaxing to just look at it.

Last but not least I will leave you with this photo riddle.
I think this one is kinda tricky, but you just have to think and look really closely.

That's all for me, bye

Trends and fashion

Yes, we have trends. First of lets start with what we wear. There is a major trend going on out there, at home we call it "wearing clothes". It's something that everyone does, except nudists, but who cares about those people anyway. Ok now let's talk about food. There is a huge thing about this, I don't know if you've heard of it, it's called "digesting nutrition to stay alive, otherwise you will drop down and die". It's almost as big as the clothes thing, and everyone I know do it. Now that we've covered those two areas, let's go over to music. The biggest trend right now, I think, would be "listening to sound waves created by various kinds of devices". I don't know why all of this is so hot, I'm not really that much in to fashion, I guess it's what people like the most. And what mankind has done through the ages, like yes?

Ok, thank you for reading this. I appreciate your support and I'm glad you are reading my posts. I also hope you got enlightened on how it is where I live, with our trends and such.

Ok that was more of a joke part, but honestly I don't really care about trends. I don't even think there are any major forceful trends. The regular norm applies here as well, of course I'm not that mainstream thanks to my parents fortune and my intellect. People wear whatever kind of clothes they want, even though most people follow the norm, nothing that edgy or something that "sticks out". Hard to explain what the norm is, I mean there are so many different kind of clothes and so hard to define what "normal" is. I hope you get what I mean, my limited knowledge about fashion keeps me from explaining to you what the norm is.

Anyways, let's get on with food. There are no food trends as far as I know, I mean people eat what they like and what they need to survive. However at parties and during holidays it's more common that people buy more expensive food for the taste and the texture. An example for that is fillet of beef, nothing that common but that people like to eat when they have something to celebrate, or just at special moments.

And last but not least, the music trend. I don't really care about music. I mean listen to whatever you like, just do it. If it makes you feel good then that's what you should be listening to. Don't let anyone else tell you that it's the wrong kind of music. "Oh you listen to those kind of air vibrations? Well they are the wrong kind of air vibrations, you should listen to these kinds of air vibrations instead". See what I mean... it's stupid.

Not sure if finished or not, be back soon with an update or this text removed to let you know that it's done.

My fabulous friends

As I mentioned before I have several friends. Some are part of the gang that I hang with, and others are my best friends that I hang with whenever we get time and we feel like it. They're also smart, not to brag, but not as smart as me, so I'm not like that really smart kid who's got no one to talk to.

My two best friends are called Alex and Carl, we've known each other since fourth grade and have been best friends since then. However we lost a little bit of contact when I started to get home schooled in seventh grade, luckily the loss of contact didn't last for that long. Now we are really happy together and see each other often, or as often as we can.

The gang I hang with consists of about 14 kids, but it's very rare that all of us are together at the same time. The times when the entire gang is gathered we do special and extra fun stuff, like go camping, go to different kinds of conventions and sports activities. I remember one time that was extra fun, we were out bungee jumping and it was Alex' time to jump. I had an extra rope that I had brought with me, and when he jumped off the bridge, I tossed it out with him so that he thought he wasn't connected to the safety rope. He screamed really loud and the rest of us just stood there laughing at him. For the first seconds it must have been horrible for him. Thinking he was falling to his doom while we were laughing, he even got a bit paranoid after that, not trusting us for over a month. Now we're cool though, laughing about it. He also knows that we would never actually let him jump without a rope and that it all was a joke. We can also do regular things, like hang out in social areas, just to talk. Sometimes I follow some of my friends to LAN parties. It can be kind of fun, as long as we don't play  Call of Duty, that game is really boring. If anything you should play Battlefield, that game is more of a war simulator rather than a game where you go around and shoot everything you see. In Battlefield you need to think and really aim, otherwise you will die or just miss the entire mission.

When I'm with Carl or Alex we do more creative stuff, like build things in real life. It can be simple stuff like a fort from cardboard boxes, or it can be an engine assembled in my mom's workshop. Sometime we do normal stuff, like watch a movie or play a computer game together. It can also vary a lot from what we do. Me, Alex and Carl feel very comfortable with each other so we can do all sorts of things, whatever comes to our minds.

That's all I have to say about my friends, I can't think of anything else so there you go.

Have a swell time until my next post /Stanley

My awesome family, and of course me

Hi, my name is Stanley, I am 16 years old. I live in a big mansion, a few kilometers outside the city of Gothenburg, Sweden. A mansion is kind of an understatement, it's more like a modern castle with multiple towers. It's not like your old castles built out of cobblestone, but is built mainly out of metal and glass, some places got white stone alloys just to get the extra nice touch to it. It's really big, I don't even know how big since there's so much space inside of it. Since it takes a while to drive into the city I am home schooled, even though a part of our house is like the entire area of a smaller school. The teachers are also professors from different universities and colleges. For example, my favorite subject is physics, and the professor who's teaching me has a Ph.D in physics. I learn really much since the teachers are really experienced, and they also like me as well, which makes the learning much easier. I even have friends, our servants who work there. They're really nice and lovely, so I never feel lonely. We even have a nurse who takes care of me when I'm sick and in other cases where I need help. My dad is one of the best medical doctors in the world, and he mostly works at the hospital in Gothenburg. However he travels around to different hospitals from time to time, even to different countries. Several medicines have been created by his hands, he is really creative and loves chemistry. Therefore he spends his spare time experimenting to invent new helpful substances. Of course he does this in a sealed lab, so nothing dangerous will come out into the outside world. His science side has also given him multiple job opportunities and is a big part of our income source. Even though he spends so much time away from the family, he is a real family guy. He loves both me and my mom and would do anything for us. My mom is the CEO of a big company that owns multiple sister companies and consists of a vast chain of stores that have a wide variety of merchandise in stock. They also own some banks across the world, and she is the main income in this family. On top of that, I have a little sister on 5 months. She is really cute and happy, and I love to play with her. If it ever happens that I'm bored, I go to her. But not my entire life is revolving around the house, I go outside as well with my friends, no they don't live in my house, real friends, with their own lives outside of mine. We go outside sometimes and do lots of different stuff. Everything from going to clubs and hunting deer during the season. On rare occasions we go skydiving and do other more expensive activities. When I have nothing to do I often go and play around in my dads lab. Sometimes I create something new and useful, other times we need to sanitize the entire lab so to not let out a supervirus. I also use the supercomputer to play around with different physics engines and other fun stuff. I don't find computer games that satisfying, I rather make one myself or play ones where you need more brains than finger skill. And speaking of computer games and programmes, I actually built and programmed my own AI, that stands for Artificial Intelligence. It's a computer with a mind of its own, really hard to make since the human mind so hard to recreate, and that's what you are trying to do with AI's. Well I managed to make it, and it was the worlds first real AI ever built. He doesn't have a body, but he got a voice and he is connected to the entire house. Since he can talk to me almost wherever I am, I call him the Narrator. That way I also made sure I gave him a deep pleasant male voice.

I would say that's my life summed up, if I would tell you about everything it would take ages, especially if I'm going to write it down. So if you don't want to be stuck here for googolplex years, I will stop here, and you can go back to do whatever you were doing before you got here. Probably homework for most people so you better start studying for that math finals test you got tomorrow.
